ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO TAPING ALLOWED WHETHER IT IS A VIDEO CAMERA OR VIDEO CAMERA PHONE!

DIGITAL CAMERAS ARE ALLOWED BUT CAN NOT BE USED DURING CLASS!

1. Shoes must be worn. No flip-flops, socks, or bare feet will be allowed. You must wear tennis shoes, jazz shoes or jazz sneakers for this event.
2. Dance clothing representing a hip hop style can be worn.
3. Absolutely NO outside food or beverages will be allowed on premises per the Prime Osbourne Convention Center Rules.
4. During breaks, concessions will be made available for purchase. Please bring money (change, dollar bills) vending machine are available for purchasing snacks and beverages.
5. There will be no loitering nor running on the event grounds. If you must leave class for a restroom break, you must do so promptly and return to your class.
6. Armbands will be given to all attendees, which must be worn and visible at all times. The armbands are level-specific and will have a specific color. Once you have attended your first class you will not change rooms, this will be your room for the entire day of classes. You are not allowed to float from room to room. Any teacher that feels that their student’s class is too easy or difficult for them, please bring the student to the registration desk. We will try our best to accommodate the student per your suggestion, if there is space available in the requested class.
7. There are restaurants available for lunch and dinner at the Jacksonville Landing, which is about five minutes away at 2 Independent Drive. There hours of operation are 10 am - 9 pm on Saturday. They have a food court located on the second level.
8. Do not bring unnecessary valuable personal items. KJ Productions nor the Prime Osbourne Convention Center will be held liable for any unsecured items: this includes, but is not limited to: cash, cell phones, jewelry, or any other personal items.
9. Class schedules will be posted on easels outside of each classroom.
10. If you have any questions or concerns please see staff at the registration desk.
11. Cell phones must be kept on silent or vibrate, this is so not to disturb instructors and/or fellow attendees.
12. KJ Production staff and the Master faculty reserve the right to remove any attendee that is rude or disruptive to the class.
13. There will be a limited number of watchers allowed in each of the dance rooms. Watcher bands are limited and $30.00 cash at the door. The watcher band must be worn at all times during the workshop.
